On-Site Therapist
We are looking to add an on-site therapist to our growing team. This position is part-time with the opportunity to transition to full-time based on mutual fit and practice needs. The therapist will provide outpatient mental health services to individuals, couples, and/or families within a trauma-informed framework. This role is well-suited for a clinician who values compassionate care and wants to work in a supportive, mission-driven environment.

This position includes a manageable caseload, consistent referrals, administrative support, and opportunities for professional growth within a collaborative practice.

Responsibilities
-
Provide trauma-informed outpatient therapy to clients with a range of mental health concerns
-
Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and document progress in accordance with ethical and legal standards
-
Collaborate with other clinicians and staff as part of a supportive treatment team
-
Utilize evidence-based and client-centered therapeutic approaches
-
Participate in supervision, consultation, and team meetings as required

Uphold professional boundaries, confidentiality, and ethical guidelines

Qualifications
-
Must hold one of the following licenses in good standing, or be under provisional licensure while actively working toward full licensure:
-
Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)

Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC)
-
Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)

-
Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and professional integrity
