
Nicole Blanco
Nicole is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. She graduated from Brigham Young University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Sociology and with a Master’s degree in Social Work.
Nicole focuses on a person-centered approach, utilizing evidence-based treatments such as EMDR, CBT and ACT. She is experienced in working with adults, young adults and teenagers in areas of anxiety, depression, trauma, and life-transitions. Nicole is also an aspiring Functional Nutrition Counselor, acknowledging that physical and mental health go hand-in-hand. With this knowledge, she incorporates lifestyle changes through nutrition, movement, sleep, and other areas as ways of healing. She is passionate about helping clients apply curiosity, self-honesty, and connection to move towards more authentic living.
When not at work, Nicole enjoys spending time with her two young children, enjoying the outdoors, cooking new colorful meals and traveling.

Victoria Hammond
Vicky is a Licensed Master of Social Work committed to helping individuals navigate life’s challenges with compassion and respect. She holds a Bachelor’s degree from Idaho State University and a Master’s in Social Work from the University of Oklahoma.
Her professional experience includes hospice bereavement and trauma recovery work at the Family Crisis Center. Vicky takes an eclectic therapeutic approach, drawing on a range of techniques from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and EMDR. She tailors each session to meet the unique needs of her clients, always prioritizing effectiveness and individual growth.
While Vicky does not personally practice a religion, she is deeply respectful of all spiritual paths and knowledgeable about many faith traditions. She creates a welcoming, inclusive space for individuals of all backgrounds.
Outside of her practice, Vicky enjoys time with her two sons, fly fishing in the outdoors, and exploring her interests in nature, sociology, and history.

Jon Burnham
Jon Burnham is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. He graduated from Idaho State University with his bachelor’s degree in
social work. He graduated from Northwest Nazarene University with a master’s degree
in social work.

Jon practices from an eclectic approach
using EMDR, CBT, Solution Focused, and trauma informed techniques. He has experience in working with children, adolescents, young adults, and adults.
His areas of interest are depression, anxiety, trauma, sexual issues, couples, sexual offending, delinquency, and substance use.
He is a member of ATSA and is a certified juvenile sexual evaluator for the state of Idaho. Jon currently teaches in the
Sociology, Criminal Justice,
and Social Work Department at
Idaho State University.
In his free time, Jon enjoys spending
time with his family, fly fishing, movies, piano, music, and traveling.

Hannah Foster
Hannah is a social work intern currently working toward a Master’s degree in Social Work. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from BYU–Idaho and is completing her graduate training in social work.

She has experience working with teens and adults navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, and trauma. Hannah takes a collaborative approach to therapy, incorporating elements of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and psychoeducation. She believes in meeting clients where they are and tailoring sessions to support meaningful and sustainable growth.

Hannah is committed to creating a therapeutic space where clients feel understood, supported, and respected. She approaches each session with empathy and curiosity, honoring each individual’s experiences and strengths throughout the healing process.

Outside of her academic and clinical work, Hannah enjoys watching classic films, crafting, and spending time with her family. She describes herself as a “foodie” and values creativity and connection in her everyday life.
